Refund Policy

Course Cancellations

At UOVA Academy, we strive for excellence. If you find that a course does not meet the scientific standards promised:

  • Full Refund: Available if requested within 48 hours of enrollment, provided no more than 1 lesson has been viewed.

  • Partial Refund: Requests made after 48 hours but before 7 days may be eligible for a 50% refund.

Non-Refundable Items

    • Issuance fees for International Certificates.

    • Practical lab materials or kits already shipped to the trainee.

    • Workshops or live sessions that have already been attended.
